Yummy Fest – 36 hours Non-Stop Food Festival Helps 36 Children’s Heart

It is said that giving joy to others is tantamount to giving oneself joy. And what better way to do so than by participating in a food festival that helps underprivileged children? Not only does one get to enjoy delicious food, but also the satisfaction of knowing that they are helping children those suffering with heart disease.

Heart conditions can be life-threatening for children, and without proper medical intervention many of these kids would not have a chance to lead healthy lives. Pephands Foundation initiating an event to make a difference by organizing a 36 hours non-stop food festival that raise funds to support 36 children with life-saving heart surgery.

Food Festival typically feature a variety of stalls selling different kinds of food, from local delicacies to international cuisine. There is also usually live music and other entertainment, making it a fun-filled event for the whole family. The main purpose of this food festival is to raise funds for needy children. But they also serve as an opportunity for people from all walks of life to come together and share in the joy of giving.

For many families, access to health care can be a challenge. This is especially true for those who are living in poverty and don’t have the means to pay for medical care for their children. In an effort to provide much-needed help, Pephands Foundation is organizing a Food Festival Event.

The Yummy Fest Event will be conducted by the Pephands Foundation –a non-profit organization, run by a group of volunteers who are passionate about helping those in need. The Pephands Foundation is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of people who seeks support. Pephands Foundation’s Yummy Fest is one such initiative wherein it aimed at providing quality family time and raising money for a heart surgery of 36 children. Chef K. Damodharan, Indian Celebrity Chef, professionally known as Chef Damu, is the brand ambassador for the Yummy Fest Event.

The Foundation organizing Yummy Fest event on April 29 2023, 11.59 am and April 30 2023, 11.59 pm to help raise funds for its cause. There will be various food stalls that sell 10000+ varieties of food. There will also be a platform for OPEN MIC where college    students and individuals are free to showcase their talents. The event is open to the public and everyone is invited to come and enjoy the food, fun, and music.

Purpose of Yummy Fest Event:

Considering the birth prevalence with heart disease as 9/1000, an estimated number of kids born with heart problem. There are many challenges to children with medical problems and their family because of their financial constraints, lack of awareness and health-seeking behavior of community.

The Pephands Foundation is making a difference in the lives of children and their families who need it most. The Pephands’ Yummy Fest is an annual event and a great way that raises money to support children to get the life-saving heart surgery they need. The money raised from the Event will provide an opportunity for children to receive free heart surgery, as well as other heart related medical treatments and procedures. Additionally, the food festival offers a fun and festive atmosphere for open public to enjoy.

There will be plenty of food to choose from and many entertaining activities for kids and adults alike, such as Village Traditional Games, VR Games, Live Concerts of famous celebrities and many other fun activities. Overall, it is a fun event that help raise money for a good cause while having fun with your loved ones.
